The house is in peaceful location with no traffic and is actually on a hiking route leading into the woods where you will be able to choose long or short walks in the woods or out into the countryside.
The house itself;
On the ground floor there is the big living-dining room with an open fire place and patio doors, a kitchen with a door leading to the garden, a double bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and separate WC, stairs to the garage and stairs leading upstairs:
Mezzanine: spacious double bedroom with double bed
1st floor: hall leading to a shower room, a spacious and bright double bedroom with double bed and 1 single bedroom with a single bed.
Garden: the terrace is south-facing with plenty of natural shade and views into the neighbouring woods.
The garden has fence and hedge except for driveway. |

There is plenty for all the family. You will be able to go lovely walks to the river or wood, mountain and bicyle trails are also by the house.
Kayaking, fishing, horse riding, climbing and potholing can all be found within within 3 km.

You can also explore the caves and river in Hotton.
Restaurants: There plenty of lovely restaurant for all tastes in the village and more in Hotton and of course Durbuy (14k) Shops: Hotton has supermarkets and gift shops and a lovely play area for the children by the river. |
